STAFFING

Professional Workforce Commitment

It is the intention of THIMAR that our clients’ premises are maintained in a neat and clean condition at all times. The specifications provided represent minimum standards and serve as a guide rather than a limitation.

Facilities are staffed to ensure optimum cleanliness. If service levels are deemed unacceptable at any time, THIMAR will adjust staffing to address and resolve the issue promptly.

Staffing levels may be modified to accommodate periodic maintenance without disrupting daily janitorial services. Any additional services will be carried out at mutually agreed rates.
